Job Summary:
Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work quality and progress
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Indepth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam and HeavyBid is a plus
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Pay:
$68, $81,985.90 per year
