    OVERVIEW

    We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 3-5 years of experience for a Dallas, Texas based organization - this role is a hybrid position and you must be local to the area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven marketing and a solid foundation in Salesforce's marketing cloud solutions. You will play a pivotal role in managing our Salesforce marketing cloud platform, email marketing automations, and utilizing your cross-functional skills to enhance our marketing strategies through data analysis, segmentation, and tailored communication initiatives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities including Journey Builder and Email Studio
    • Handle data management tasks ensuring a robust and clean data well.
    • Develop and execute complex SQL queries to segment and target audiences effectively.
    • Craft responsive email templates using HTML and CSS, adhering to best practices in design and deliverability.
    • Coordinate email campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis, including A/B testing and reporting on results.
    • Collaborate across various departments to support marketing goals and enhance user experience.
    • Proactively identify and solve complex problems that arise in the execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Bring a strong web and data analysis skill set to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains.
    • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in digital marketing.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Proficient in SQL and familiarity with database concepts.
    • Experience with HTML and CSS for creating and editing responsive emails.
    • Strong understanding of marketing best practices, particularly in email marketing.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
    • A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
