'For a client in
Hamburg, we are currently looking for an
Onsite Supporter (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:


  • Qualified handling of technical issues via ticket system and email regarding software and hardware problems
  • Prioritization, classification, and documentation of issues in the ticket system
  • Troubleshooting and providing initial solutions through onsite or remote support
  • Setting up and dismantling hardware components
  • Conducting office moves
  • Maintaining asset data
  • Forwarding issues to downstream units
  • Maintaining and documenting knowledge database
  • Supporting IT projects
  • Continuously optimizing operational processes and structures

Qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Proficient in Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of ticket and remote tools, and enjoyment of documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of standard hardware
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of English is advantageous
  • Knowledge of ITIL, LAN, WAN, and VPN is desirable
