Your responsibilities

  • Providing activating basic care according to established standards and care concept, and treatment care according to medical prescription
  • Collaborating with doctors and other facilities
  • Timely procurement of prescriptions and recipes from doctors
  • Guidance and advice for family members
  • Proper use of care aids
  • Training of new employees and passing on knowledge and expertise
    Guidance for students and interns
  • Managing care planning and documentation

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in nursing or elderly care, or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of the situation of elderly and care-dependent individuals and their families
  • Communication skills, social competence, empathy
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • Identification with the tasks and goals of the Catholic Church
