Full-Time Onsite Position with up to $25,000 Sign on Bonus based on experience

Award Winning Client is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Blood Bank Lab Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, monitoring, and providing staff mentoring within the Blood Bank Section. Our client, renowned for its excellence in healthcare services, operates nationally and has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or related fields.
  • Completion of an internship in Clinical Laboratory Science or a Laboratory specialty.
  • Current and valid CLS license issued by the State of California Department of Health.
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined training and experience in blood banking.
  • Completion of a minimum of 12 continuing education units per year as mandated by license.
  • Ability to perform bench work when required.
  • Prior leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.
