    About The Role:

    Chapter has developed state-of-the-art technology to help retirees find the best healthcare coverage while reducing costs. As an automation engineer, you will collaborate with a team of experts to create and implement products that drive Chapter's expansion in the retirement sector. Your responsibilities will involve optimizing workflows, enhancing data utilization, and enhancing overall efficiency.

    This hybrid role is based in NYC.

    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop user-friendly applications to streamline processes
    • Oversee the integration of internal and external data sources
    • Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency across the organization

    About You:

    • Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
    • Skilled in understanding and optimizing complex systems
    • Experience leading impactful projects in a team environment
    • Proficient in SQL and data querying
    • Familiarity with application development tools
    • 3+ years of strategic data science/analytics experience
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    We estimate the salary for this role to be around $150,000 - $225,000, subject to skills and experience. If you believe you're a good fit, we encourage you to apply.
