- Conduct thorough financial analysis for new loan inquiries
- Contact clients to obtain necessary financial documentation
- Prepare credit summaries, spreadsheets, and cash flow statements
- Initiate requests for third-party assessments (such as appraisals and title work)
- Review loan agreements for precision
- Generate and maintain loan records and reports efficiently
- Collaborate with legal professionals and customers to ensure seamless and prompt closures
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency for swift loan finalizations
- Manage loan repayments and maintain accurate records
- Perform any other duties as delegated
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Background in Banking or Lending is advantageous
- Ability to think both independently and collaboratively
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management proficiencies
- Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
