- Assist senior system analysts in gathering requirements and conducting thorough analysis.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with project teams to gain practical experience in system analysis.
- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting problems, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Aim to advance to next level System Analyst within 3 months by demonstrating your competence and performance
- Document and maintain accurate records of the work performed
- Attend and participate in team meetings, providing updates on the progress of assigned tasks and projects
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- A keen interest and curiosity in professional services, system analysis and problem-solving
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to empathize with users
- Working knowledge of XML, XML validation troubleshooting
