The Job Profile:
- Support of regional CU supplier quality and support of plants in the procurement of production materials
- Responsible for coordinating necessary actions for escalation level 1 of procurement management (APQP) in pre-series and quality complaints in series
- Technical project management of local procurement projects in the plant
- Creation of risk assessment and initiation of improvement measures with departments and suppliers
- Coordination and approval of initial samples from suppliers in the plant
- Responsible for holistic quality management with our suppliers, including initiating CIP meetings or projects, handling supplier complaints, and conducting supplier qualification and auditing according to VDA 6.3
- Coordination of organization and planning of incoming goods inspection in the plant
- Systematic handling of supplier complaints in the plant (from opening to closure)
What sets you apart:
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with additional training as a process auditor according to VDA 6.3
- First professional experience and expertise in supplier management and conducting supplier audits in an industrial company
- Confident handling of internal/external contacts,
