Legal Group looking for motivated and results driven individuals with telephone sales experience for a full-time position.
The Case Manager takes incoming calls to brief prospective clients on the legal services that the company can offer including but not limited to: Foreclosure Defense, Bankruptcy, Short Sales, and other Loss Mitigation options.

Inbound Telephone Activity:

Document Client's Information and Circumstances/Hardships:

Validation of customer information including addresses, contact information, loan information, and current circumstances

Provide Lender Verification Calls (Training Provided):

Strong listening with ability to find resolution to delinquency

Strong understanding of mortgage and lender guidelines. (preferred):

Review File with Management to determine Eligibility:
-
Submit File to Legal Department after Approval
Pay:
Up to $3,520.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
Ability to Relocate:
- Santa Ana, CA 92707: Relocate before starting work (required)
