    Requirements:

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Motivating and inspiring a team of talented production workers to achieve their full potential and meet production targets.
    • Maintaining high standards of product quality through rigorous inspection and adherence to standard operating procedures.
    • Track production metrics such as cycle time, yield, scrap rates, and downtime. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize performance.
    • Deep commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety hazards. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in industrial safety.
    • Providing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and abilities.
    • Identifying and resolving production issues swiftly and effectively to minimize disruptions.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to work in noisy environments.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
    • Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb to access all parts of the machine.
