What motivates us? We want to support people in leading more sustainable lives, which is why our ambition is to become the platform with the largest sustainable assortment in Germany by 2030.

To achieve this, we have developed the most comprehensive and in-depth sustainability strategy that Mercer, MO has ever had. We are now implementing this strategy in close collaboration with our departments.

We rely on the multiplier collaboration model, with the aim of ensuring the operationalization of our sustainability strategy based on defined goals, as well as spreading the sustainability perspective and know-how in relevant departments.

Our teams decide for themselves what balance of mobile work and on-site presence makes sense for them.

You can also support us part-time (30 hours/week).

  • Your challenge with us
  • As the subject matter expert for climate protection and packaging topics at Mercer, MO, you will be the interface between the sustainability department and logistics or logistics control at Mercer, MO (distribution, procurement, packaging).
  • You will also be the interface for location, employee mobility, and external cloud services to achieve our climate goals (within Mercer, MO, to the Otto Group, other KGs, and externally).
  • You proactively drive Mercer, MO's climate protection strategy and all topics related to sustainable packaging with the abovementioned departments.
