At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an employee for DB Information and mobile service (m/f/d) for DB Station&Service AG at the locations Bad Kreuznach, Mainz and Worms.
Your tasks:
  • You are part of the customer service at DB Information, including the mobile service on the platform, and provide active assistance to travelers in the station area, including help with boarding, changing trains, and disembarking
  • You provide non-discriminatory traveler information using the provided information systems and media, even in case of disruptions, platform changes, or train cancellations
  • You provide assistance to travelers and work out alternative travel options in case of missed connections in coordination with the 3-S center
  • You also handle tasks related to "passenger rights" (issuing taxi vouchers, etc.)
  • You check the accuracy and visual condition of notices and brochures, and also handle lost and found items, as well as issuing delay certificates for long-distance and regional trains
  • As a representative of the company at the station, you also carry out special assignments at the direction of the station manager or head of station service
