    Join Our Team as a Financial Analyst at a Leading Financial Company

    Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in the financial industry? If the answer is yes, then this role at Russell Tobin could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join a well-respected financial organization and become an integral part of our team.

    Position Details:

    • Pay Range: $19-23/hour
    • Location: Columbus, OH
    • Contract Duration: 6+ months

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze historical and present financial data to provide recommendations for improving profitability
    • Consistently evaluate financial information through regular and ad-hoc reports
    • Interpret financial data to identify emerging trends, patterns, and their significance in relation to key performance metrics
    • Effectively communicate financial findings and propose solutions to management

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, or relevant field experience
    • 0-3 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
    • Proficient in advanced Excel functions and tools
