We are currently looking for a
Staffing Coordinator (m/f/d) to support our internal company expansion in Ben Lomond, AR.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting employees in ongoing assignments
  • Scheduling employee assignments
  • Managing and coordinating the entire recruiting process
  • Developing concepts for candidate acquisition
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Creating profiles for applicants
  • Conducting personnel needs analyses
  • Planning, scheduling, and conducting job fairs and information events with our partners
  • Establishing and intensifying sustainable contacts with employment agencies, job centers, and training institutes

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on personnel
  • Ideally, you have experience in staffing, recruiting, or personnel services
  • Experience working with the Federal Employment Agency is a plus
  • Handson mentality and sales affinity
  • Excellent people skills
  • Teamwork, loyalty, and integrity
  • Aboveaverage level of commitment and selfmotivation
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in approaching and recruiting new employees
