    Job Overview: s a Data Analyst with Tableau expertise, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help our organization make informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and reports using Tableau and other data analysis tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects and contribute to our company's success.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Data Collection and Cleaning:
      • Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
      • Identify and address data quality issues.
    2. Data Analysis:
      • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
      • Create statistical models and perform hypothesis testing as needed.
    3. Dashboard Development:
      • Design and develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Tableau.
      • Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.
    4. Data Visualization:
      • Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
      • Incorporate best practices in data visualization to enhance data storytelling.
    5. Data Reporting:
      • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different departments and teams.

    6. Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements.
      • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
    7. Data Governance:
      • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
      • Establish and maintain data governance practices and documentation.
    8. Continuous Learning:
      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and Tableau.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on Tableau.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent data visualization skills with a keen eye for design.
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
