Leidos and the 363rd ISRW currently have an opening for a Command Support Staff Program Administrator to work at Joint-Base Langley Eustis in Hampton, VA.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help the Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command.
Job Summary
The incumbent will establish performance standards and expectations, provide meaningful feedback on how well the rated Airman is meeting those expectations and direction on how to better meet those established standards and expectations.
The third is to provide sound information for development of skills and leadership abilities and to assist in identifying the best personnel for advancement through assignments, promotions and other personnel management decisions.
As a member of the Commanders Support Staff, it will be your mission to track, review, edit, and oversee Enlisted Performance Reports, Decorations, and Award packages.
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the talent management systems with integrity, fairness, therefore providing realistic feedback for Airmen allowing them room to improve.
The Incumbent will also responsible for COVID reporting for the UnitPrimary Responsibilities_._
- Track EPRs, Decs, and 120
- Ensure AFI , Officer and Enlisted Evaluations System is adhered to
- Review reports for readability, grammar, and proper format
- Check quality of reports and award documents
- Ensure all reports are ontime
- Work with Commander Support Staff of subordinates Units about Evaluation System
- Provides COVID updates to Commander and inputs data into COVID reporting system.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree is preferred. High School Diploma and 6+ years of related experience.
- Must possess a current DoD Secret Clearance and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance after hiring.
- Knowledge of AFI
- Current or former Air Force CSS or similar experience within the Air Force, Air Force Reserves or Air National Guard.
- Previous Air Force writing experience
- Excellent presentation skills, organization skills, analytic skills, problem solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- May require 10% travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of Air Force PME
- Air Force ISR experience

Pay Range $65, $117,500.00
