    Introduction:
    We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our service engineering team.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in managing cloud systems across windows & linux.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage hybrid infrastructure, which consists of 80% on-premise and 20% cloud-based on AWS
    Utilize your expertise on Linux and Windows Server environments.
    Enhance AWS security measures, including management of security groups, DNS, domain names, and certificates.
    Deploy, configure, and maintain container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
    Develop and manage infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code using Chef, Terraform, and Ansible.
    Manage digital signage backend systems, ensuring their continuous operation and regular updates.
    Proactively identify, address, and resolve security vulnerabilities, including regular system patching.
    Manage and configure firewalls, network setups, and environments (clustered or virtual) to optimize both performance and security.
    Handle IP Address Management (IPAM), Bluecat, virtual networking, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
    Maintain database data pipelines and SQL or SQL-like infrastructure.
    Encourage best practices, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team
    Package management and build processes, including building from source code.
    Participate in on-call rotations.


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems engineering, infrastructure, or operations roles.
    Solid experience with cloud-based infrastructures, particularly AWS.
    Proven expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Chef.
    Strong understanding of firewalls, networking, and management of clustered or virtual environments.
    Demonstrated ability to resolve security issues and perform system patching.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Strong foundational knowledge in networking protocols, infrastructure, and troubleshooting techniques, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols
    Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or other relevant technologies.
    Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
    Strong Frontend software development skills.
