Job Summary:
Gingrich Animal Supply, Inc., a live poultry distributor in Fredericksburg PA, is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Line Operator to join our team.
The Sanitation Line Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining poultry crate sanitation equipment on the line and ensuring efficiency and quality in the crate cleaning process.
Responsibilities:
- Load/Unload poultry crates from sanitation line machinery
- Monitor the cleaning equipment to maintain quality standards and prevent malfunctions
- Inspect and sort poultry crates for cleanliness
- Clean the sanitation line machinery as needed
- Maintain an organized work area
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work around live poultry and animals. (Please note that this position may aggravate allergies. You will get dirty.)
- Ability to stand throughout the work day and perform repetitive lifting tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work independently in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
Ability to Commute:
- Fredericksburg, PA preferred)
