As a leading member of our team, you'll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil.
You'll play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients, and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.

Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Architectural or Construction
- 5 years of as a Project Manager in Engineering organization
- Proven K12 or educational construction building experience
- Strong working knowledge of predesign and preconstruction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
