Description
Job Summary
SPEC Athletic is seeking a Sales Representative to grow the Midwest market with their lines of Sports Flooring & Athletic Lockers. This person will call on Architects, Contractors, Coaches, and other End-Users focusing on the K-12, Collegiate Athletics, and Recreation markets.
Responsibilities and Duties
• 80% of time spent in the field visiting with clients
• Communicate project details and pricing requests with SPEC Athletic team
• Follow up on projects, and remain the point-of-contact through completion
• Attend industry trade shows and events
Qualifications and Skills
3 years of sales experience in the Architect/Design/Flooring industry is preferred, and experience in Athletics will be highly considered.
Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment. Excellent sales aptitude, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Well developed organization and time management skills. Ability to work in a team environment, and adjust direction quickly based on the needs and best interest of the company.
Candidates must live in either the Greater St. Louis or Kansas City areas, or be willing to relocate to one of those areas.
