Training as a Management Assistant (m/f/d) in Bern

Are you a high school graduate looking for an alternative to university? Do you have strong customer orientation and organizational skills? Then this training profession is perfect for you. As a Management Assistant, you will support the management areas and gain practical experience in various assistant and executive secretariats during your training. There is also the opportunity for international assignments for exceptional performance.
The training is based on a two-year apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant, followed by a one-year further qualification as a Management Assistant (IHK).

What to expect

Gain insight into commercial and technical departments and get to know the company and its business processes. In department and management secretariats, you will apply your professional and organizational skills under the guidance of experienced assistants. Cover periods will give you the opportunity to act independently and take on responsibility.
Obtain two recognized qualifications within three years through the combination of apprenticeship and additional qualification: Office Management Assistant and Management Assistant (IHK).
Participate in various internal seminars and workshops to promote social, professional, and methodological skills.
