Your tasks

  • Preparation of price negotiations and customer visits
  • Processing and management of price agreements
  • Processing and checking of incoming orders, customer orders, and delivery calls
  • Creation of credit notes and direct debits
  • New part and new customer registration as well as master data maintenance using SAP
  • Correspondence with national and international customers (written, by phone, in person)
  • Inventory work, creation of statistics and evaluations

  • Training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
