    $90,000 to $110,000

They are searching for a talented Human Resources Manager with leadership skills to help lead the way. They will offer you a secure career with opportunities to grow into a director or VP level.

    As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing, implementing, and instilling HR policies and procedures
    • Managing and improving the hiring and recruiting of salary and production personnel
    • Promoting a positive work environment for personnel and improving employee relations
    • Working with supervisors and management to develop methods that improve employee morale, retention, and productivity
    • Ensure compliance with human resources policies
    • Developing and improving employee onboarding, orientation, and training
    • Assist with performance reviews of production employees


    Requirements for the Human Resources Manager position include:

    • A four-year degree; HR training and certifications
    • Accomplishments as and HR Manager in a manufacturing facility
    • Experience recruiting salary and production personnel
    • Ability to implement HR policies and structure
    • Strategic approach to human resources and good vision for the future
    • Excellent leadership skills and positive outlook
