- Establishes and coordinates communication among Property Managers and the Central Office.
- Hires, trains, supervises, and develops employees in compliance with company policies.
- Monitors marketing activities, occupancy status, and recommends rent schedules.
- Reviews administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas to ensure policy compliance.
- Resolves resident issues and inspects properties to maintain high standards.
- Supervises budget preparation, performance monitoring, and expenditure approval.
- Participates in development team activities and engages with trade associations.
- Requires travel for site audits and other duties as assigned.
