    We are currently looking for a Full Time Program Therapist to join our Violence Prevention and Residential Recovery Team B team located at the Healthy Lifestyles working .

    Summary:

    Provides therapeutic services to families, couples and individuals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
    • Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
    • May provide break coverage for others as assigned
    • May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
    • Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.

    • Provides family, couple, individual and group therapies as needed
    • Implements empirically validated measurements into therapeutic practice to assess for client progress in therapy and to measure overall therapeutic effectiveness with clients
    • Collaborates with other professionals to ensure for appropriate care of clients
    • Leads family education classes, such as relationship enhancement training
    • Assists in ongoing initiatives to build and maintain referrals for services
    • Create rapport with area school officials, counselors, and JOM coordinators to better serve the youth members
    • All other duties as assigned
