*Hiring in both our Jackson and Alpine offices - two positions open*New West Building Company is based in Jackson, Wyoming with regional offices in Alpine, Wyoming and Driggs, Idaho. We have extensive growth opportunities in our residential and commercial divisions and are looking for talented construction professionals to build in the rugged mountain west.
A New West Building Company project manager is critical to NWBC's success.

Our project managers are responsible for controlling the office for our projects and interfacing with clients and the design team to create predictable outcomes for all stake holders.

NWBC PM's are on the front line of cost control from initial client contact all the way through final billing and into the warranty period.

Without the strongest project managers in our region, NWBC wouldn't have leading local capabilities.

General responsibilities include:
Pre-construction, our PM's start on their projects from SD's. Responsible for working with a team on estimating and contract negotiations.
Working with subcontractors to coordinate scopes and shop drawings.
Work with the Super and PE to respond to and coordinate design issues.

Work with the design team and owner to add value to each project, whether through procuring predictable, competitive pricing or selecting materials that add value to the building.

Adherence to OSHA and NWBC safety policies, guaranteeing all team members return safely to their families each day.
Work directly with the field team to update and control the schedule.
Work with the project team to ensure proper document control.
Perform closeout procedures and project commissioning, while maintaining positive owner relationships.
Work with and mentor the project team.
Work with the accounting team to guarantee predictable monthly billing and sub payments.

Preferred qualifications and experience:
Minimum four (4) years of similar experience.
Bachelor's Degree
High level of comfort with MS Office and MS Project or P6.
Experience in Latista, Newforma, Prolog or Procore.
Capability to perform job tasks with confidentiality in a professional manner.
Proven track record of operating in similar positions with a large team while displaying, respect, confidence and enthusiasm.
Willingness to relocate to Jackson, WY.
