Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality services.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
• Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions
• Operate phone systems, including answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or guest room
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and wellmaintained guest rooms
• Assist with night audit duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, checkins, and other front desk operations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
