If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you At The Management Group, we're seeking a skilled Regional Portfolio Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of properties in the Portland, OR area. As a Regional Portfolio Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of property operations while fostering strong client relationships and leading a dedicated team to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Work with executive leadership to implement business strategies.

    Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

    Build and maintain owner relationships, providing guidance and information on property goals.

    Represent The Management Group in building networks and maintaining positive public relations.

    Manage properties' financial performance, including budgeting and financial analysis.

    Oversee day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, and retention.

    Create strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team.

    Ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.

    Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on rental rates and market factors.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

    5+ years of experience in property management or related field.

    Strong leadership and communication skills.

    Proven track record of successful client relations and team management.

    Knowledge of Oregon Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
