Pine Hill Manufacturing is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Human Resources Manager as well as various tasks from upper-level management on an as needed basis.


Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Promote and maintain positive staff relations; communicate information in person or by telephone where sound judgment and interpretation of policies and regulations are necessary
  • Managing calendars in Outlook, schedule meetings, appointments
  • Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks.
  • Support coordination of communications, events, and activities as needed.


  • New Hire

  • Preparation, follow through, files.
  • Providing support to managers, supervisors, and employees requests through excellent customer service in absence of HR Management
  • Maintain employee files through HRIS system.
  • Conducts audits of all benefits & other HR programs & files monthly
  • Manages collaboration with manufacturing support staff.
  • Assists with recruitment process social media/docket checks, schedules & organizes college/career fairs/recruitment events.
  • Ownership of Travel Expense reimbursement program on a biweekly basis
  • Ownership of PPE Expense reimbursement programs (eye glass/safety boot)
  • Ownership of Uniform Program (Cintas/Non-Cintas)
  • Semi Annual Event Coordination at direction of HR Manager

Expertise & Structures

  • 5+ years' experience in administrative support role for upperlevel management strongly advised
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Related Software
  • Working understanding of HR principles, practices & procedures preferred but not required
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Organized & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously & without supervision.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
