Procurement Associate Director – Procurement Lead (m/f/x) | Munich | Pharma

What will your responsibilities be as "Manager - Procurement (m/f/x)"?

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Leading tenders and negotiations to achieve optimal value for money.
  • Developing contingency plans to prevent potential supply shortages.
  • Actively managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Overall category management including stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
  • Monitoring and managing supplier relationships and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Leading a team (3 people) and promoting expertise and team dynamics.

What are the requirements for the role of "Manager – Procurement (m/f/x)"?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, etc.
  • At least 6 years of experience in procurement. Previous experience as a team leader
