We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Executive Director of our boutique memory care community, Village at Valley, in beautiful Ashland, Oregon. Ashland is located 15 miles from the California border and halfway between Portland and San Francisco, Home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Southern Oregon University, Ashland offers abundant cultural, dining and outdoor activities.
The ideal Executive Director candidate will have proven management and leadership experience, effective communication, marketing and sales knowledge, knowledge of current HR standards and regulations, and care for older adults. This executive professional will ensure our residents receive the highest possible quality of care and services by overseeing all operations including healthcare, housing and hospitality.
They should also have a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing complex projects. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, setting goals, and managing budgets. The Executive Director will also be responsible for fostering relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
This position is supported by a team of executives, directors and staff who will work collaboratively to support the mission of the organization.
Compensation and benefits are highly competitive DOE and results.
