WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Implementation of an effective internal project planning management
Development and application of best practice planning techniques for the development, implementation, and management of internal timelines
Monitoring and reporting of monthly internal project status
Ensuring compliance with relevant milestones and continuous control of internal project progress in terms of time and cost
Development and application of timeline processes as part of overall project planning and project control processes
Supporting ad-hoc requirements and services of project management
Participation in the analysis of the impact of potential risks and issues
Guidance and training of other project team members


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable
Professional experience in project planning and project control for large projects, ideally in the defense industry
Knowledge of various planning techniques and earned value management
Proficient use of common project management tools, such as MS Project, Open Plan Professional, or Primavera
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Structured work approach, strong communication skills, and proactive work style
Willingness to occasionally travel for business
