Project Manager (Mechanical Contractor)

About the Role:

Exciting opportunity for a Mid to Senior-level MEP or HVAC/R Project Manager Join a stable mechanical contracting engineering company, with a good work-life balance.

We're seeking a career professional with strong project management and communication skills to oversee projects, coordinate with site superintendents, and manage project milestones.

Mid to Seasoned Career professional with 5-10 yrs Mechanical Contractor Project Manager) experience. Professional Project Manager with advancement opportunities

Pay rate $100-150K depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Manager MEP Projects between $50K-2MM from cradle to the grave

Communicate with General Contractor (GC)

Manage technical project documentation (reading blueprint specs, and schematics)

Handle purchasing and delivery coordination

Manage field employees

Work with / coordinate vendors and subcontractors

Required Skills:
Comfort with learning/advising Construction software (Structure) systems

Ability to multitask effectively

Experience 5-10 or more years of experience as a project manager in commercial mechanical industry

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsible for the quality and financial outcome of assigned projects

Long-term intention for projects served by Weymouth and surrounding area

Have working knowledge of HVAC & mechanical codes

Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and detail oriented

Effective communication, team player, Decisiveness, analytical thinking and problem solving ability
