Job Description:
Pressley Ridge is looking for a Wraparound Facilitator to serve Marion & Monongalia Counties. As a Wraparound Facilitator, you will assess the needs of children and families, coordinate services, and provide vital support. Your role will involve building a strong support network and creating tailored services to meet each family's unique requirements.
