The Zeppelin University (ZU) in Friedrichshafen am Bodensee is a state-recognized foundation university offering BA, MA, and PhD programs in the fields of business, culture, and politics.

It is committed to interdisciplinary, international, and individualized research and teaching.

We are currently seeking to fill the following position, initially on a temporary basis until July 31, 2025, due to parental leave, in part-time (50% - 70%):

Financial Accounting Assistant

Your responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Administration, recording, verification, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Support with travel expense reports and cash management
  • Execution of payment runs

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in financial accounting
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV desirable
