Our employees in IT support assist their colleagues with all matters related to IT.

In practical terms, you can expect a diverse range of tasks:

purchasing and market research for hardware and software solutions, as well as external service offerings, controlling and reporting of the internal IT support budget, maintaining technical documentation and creating support articles for users, providing technical and advisory support to users in 1st level support, and managing our work devices and software licenses (including onboarding and offboarding of employees and inventory management of accessories).
