  • As a Client Services Representative, you'll take highvolume inbound phone calls from shareholders, financial professionals, and internal colleagues. You'll help callers feel comfortable and supported while they're making significant financial decisions. You'll relay complex, everchanging information about mutual funds and financial service regulations. You'll build trust in these interactions by learning new concepts and researching information in realtime to provide solutions.
  • If you have a desire to learn the mutual fund industry from the ground up, we'll teach you everything you need to know. Which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career with Capital Group. This position will be starting on 7/8/2024."I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
  • You have 2+ years of proven customer support or client service experience.
  • You are a skilled communicator; your verbal and written communication is effective and appropriate. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful, and engaging.
  • You're highly resourceful and a critical thinker. You think outside the box and present alternative solutions.
  • You're an active reader and listener who can interpret, understand and evaluate complex information.
  • Your detail orientation and accuracy are consistent and dependable.
  • You have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • You are action oriented with excellent problemsolving skills to tackle complex client problems.

Hampton Roads Base Salary Range:
$37,400-$59,840

  • In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings._
