Summary:
Your role in our mission:
- Opening, Sorting mail
- Scanning documents and radiographs
- Identifying and labeling documents electronically
- Meet established production and quality standards daily and ensure contractual SLA's are met
- Be willing to learn other tasks within the Claims Processing Department
- Work onsite 5 days per week and maintain attendance that adheres to the Gainwell policy
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet).
- Participates productively as a member of a team; Expected to have an eye for detail, be selfmotivated, use timemanagement and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written policies, procedures, guidelines, and assignments without detailed direction; Completes tasks beyond general support level.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. higher than shoulder weight and ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
What you should expect in this role:
- Fully On-site, no remote opportunity
- Overtime Required when applicable
- Must be able to work Gainwell Holidays
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
