Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for our customers in the system environment during the usage phase
  • Responsible for providing and maintaining support services within the scope of our projects
  • Coordination of all project resources (across locations)
  • Liaison between sales and customers for the initiation of new contracts and extension of existing projects
  • Point of contact for project partners and subcontractors
  • Monitoring and reporting of contracted service levels to the customer
  • Maximizing service profitability through efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Assisting with proposal creation (technical and commercial)
  • Continuous improvement and optimization of service concepts, as well as identifying potential cost savings

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant work experience in the field of service or project management
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent consulting and negotiation skills
  • High level of teamwork with a self-directed, goal-oriented and communicative approach
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
