As a Tax Relief Sales Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, primarily focusing on telephone-based sales.

Your role will involve extensive interaction with customers, providing them with solutions for their tax issues. This position demands dedication and a strong commitment to consistently perform well. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success, but a robust work ethic is a must.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess and address clients' tax issues.
Articulate the benefits of our tax relief services to potential clients.
Develop new business leads and opportunities.
Maintain precise records of client interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.
Effectively manage time to meet or exceed sales targets regularly.
Contribute to the team's growth and overall success.

Requirements:

Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong abilities in written, verbal, and listening communication.
Exceptional skills in telephone etiquette.
Competence with computer systems and software.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
Selfdriven with the capability to work with mínimal supervision.

Training and Development:

Indepth oneonone training, with continuous development opportunities.
Support from experienced managers and team leaders for ongoing success.

Compensation Details:

A combination of a stable hourly wage plus a commissionbased incentive.
Opportunity for additional earnings through daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses.
No cap on commission, offering unlimited earning potential.

Pay:
$35, $75,000.00 per year
