WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE * Employee management and planning * Production of delicious sausage and meat specialties according to regional GLOBUS recipes * You monitor the quality and freshness of the goods * Disassembling and cutting of beef, pork, veal, and turkey meat * Compliance and implementation of food law and hygiene regulations (HACCP) * Handling of food products in a safe and responsible manner
