**NOTE: The position is hybrid (3 days in office) at our Milwaukee office location.


About the role:


As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest.

This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.


About the team:


The Infinity IdP team is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Infinity IdP solution for FIS and is used across the Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, and Corporate lines of businesses.

FIS' Infinity IdP is a proprietary asset that is a full-featured identity and access management (IAM) system that supports the industry standards of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, user management, authentication and authorization services to connected service providers.

Infinity IdP also provides Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Inbound SSO, and Rest API services.


What you will be doing:


  • Reviewing progress with IT leadership, technical teams and internal customers.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, managing and executing audit processes.
  • May work with both Manual & Automated Testing
  • Making recommendations for improvements to the software development process.
  • Designing and monitoring performance metrics program for quality improvement.

What you will need:


  • Knowledge in both Manual and Automated testing.
  • Knowledge of one or more endtoend systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement.
  • Some knowledge of Quality Improvement initiatives, end to end testing methodologies, and testing/quality best practices in the software development industry
  • Knowledge in quality management methods, tools and technologies.
  • A bachelor's in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience
