Salary Range:
$75, ,700


Potential salary range:
$75, ,250


Potential yearly incentive pay:
up to 15% of base salary

Responsibilities
As a Direct Marketing Specialist in this role you will get to:

  • Create innovative programs that support State Farm agents in their retention advocacy and loyalty efforts
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the availability of direct marketing assets required for effective campaign team execution
  • Provide completed staff work
  • Work collaboratively with other areas

Qualifications

  • Proficient in project management and driving out timelines
  • Experience in coordinating outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in producing completed staff work, including business recommendations, executive summaries, and project documentation
  • Eagerness to learn and achieve personal growth
