What are we looking for in our Senior IT Desktop Analyst?

3 Months Contract to Hire

Shift, hours, rotation:
Normal business hours Mon-Fri

Pay:
$20/hr - $25/hr W2 (Depends upon the experience)

What are the top 3-5 skills needed to perform this role?

Minimum 5 years desktop experience
General knowledge of program management & network/infrastructure
Able to work in MS Office/Office 365
ServiceNow experience preferred but not required

What are the top 3-5 soft skills/personality traits needed to perform this role?

Self-starter, motivated, possibly have leadership tendencies
Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented
Problem-solving skills, organized
Leadership, Executive Level Support, Self-Motivated, Energetic, someone who can think on their toes.

Certifications:
CAPM is nice to have, but not necessary

2 rounds of interview
