    Description

    Due to company growth, we are seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician with operating room experience to assist with Catalys laser procedures during cataract surgeries .

    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, working independently, and contributing your skills in the operating room.

    Delivers medical equipment to hospitals and surgery centers
    Prepares case paperwork and operating room
    Conducts laser inventories

    Demonstrates technical proficiency with Catalys laser and related equipment
    Provides technical laser guidance to surgeons/staff prior to and during surgeries

    Reviews patient procedure requirements with surgeon/staff before the case
    Supports staff during the case and ensures a successful case is completed

    ~ Enforces safe vehicle operations, safe workplace practices, and laser safety techniques

    Ability to work a flexible schedule (early mornings/ late evenings), extended days due to surgery schedules and travel time
    Occasional overnight travel required
    Ability to push, pull, and manipulate over 50 pounds of medical equipment
    Basic computer and mobile phone texting skills
