Based in Altoona, PA, you will play a critical role in guiding our IT infrastructure and advancing the integration of innovative construction technologies.

Your leadership will be essential in overseeing operations and technological innovations for a company that has proudly completed over 2,000 projects across eight Mid-Atlantic states.

Primary Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the IT infrastructure, including network management with Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Hyper-V virtual environments, and Windows Server administration.

System Security and Performance: Ensure robust system security, operational efficiency, and compliance with current industry standards.

Software Management: Direct the deployment of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops for enhanced remote access. Manage and align Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, and Procore Construction Management Software with our business processes.

HR Software Oversight: Maintain Arcoro Construction HR Software for efficient HR processes and regulatory compliance.

Team Management and Development: Lead and nurture the existing IT staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Business Intelligence Initiatives: Design and execute business intelligence strategies, turning data into strategic insights for decision-making.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Develop IT strategies aligned with LSF's goals and collaborate across departments to fulfill technology needs.

Cybersecurity and Compliance: Maintain adherence to cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations.

Budget Management: Effectively manage the IT & Business Intelligence budget.

Keeping Up with Industry Trends: Stay informed about technology trends and advancements within the construction industry.

Future Growth Responsibilities:

Integration of Advanced Construction Technologies: Incorporate technologies such as fleet management systems, GPS, blockchain, 3D printing, autonomous vehicles, drones, robotics, and exoskeletons.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related area or equivalent experience in IT Management or IT Business Systems.
Experience in IT management, ideally within the construction industry.
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, Sage 300, Procore, Arcoro, and Cisco Meraki networking equipment.
Experience in leading migrations from onpremise solutions to cloudbased services like Microsoft 36
Exceptional leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
