Social Care Manager (m/f/d)
Starting immediately part-time with 28 hours per week for the nursing home in Coburg

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the care team, including gerontopsychiatric specialists and additional care staff
Preparing, planning, organizing, implementing, and following up on events, celebrations, and activities
Conceptual development
Activation and maintenance of residents' resources
Independent implementation of individual or group activities
Involvement of family members and volunteers
Designing the house magazine and seasonal decoration of the facility
Quality assurance and documentation of planned and provided services
Participation in case and team meetings
