The Kolping-Mainfranken Group is a network of educational and vocational institutions in the Mainfranken region with approximately 480 full-time employees. We operate various training and education facilities, special needs schools in Schweinfurt and Würzburg, youth hostels in Würzburg and Schweinfurt, various projects in the field of youth social work, as well as three conference and seminar centers. We are active in the field of all-day and lunchtime care throughout Mainfranken.

We are currently seeking two Job Coaches (m/f/d) for our supported education sector to support the (re)integration of job seekers into the workforce.

Your responsibilities


  • As a Job Coach, you will support the professional integration of job seekers in a job center.
  • Your tasks will include supporting the development of professional perspectives, creating meaningful application documents, as well as acquiring internships and/or job placements.
