DUTIES:

Lead both functional and technical aspects for the business in standalone modules and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) modules such as Procurement and Spend Analytics, Order Management and Supply Chain Analytics, Financial Analytics, Data Warehouse, BI Publisher and Spend Classification.

Translate business requirements into solution design and technical implementation. Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, low-level design, development, independent unit testing, and peer review for new developments.

Architect data pipelines and ETL jobs to ingest data from different sources into a queryable format for Analytics, Business Intelligence, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications.

Design, review, implement, and optimize data transformation processes in the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), Hadoop ecosystems. Work extensively on reviewing the architecture and providing recommendations to fulfil project needs.

Responsible for driving execution of the projects roadmap and manage entire project lifecycle from strategy planning to tactical activities with more focus on technical requirements of the project.

Interact with business users to gather and document business requirements. Analyze impact, propose resolutions by coordinating with business and IT team members. Coordinate with the offshore team to deliver the artefacts on time to meet the project timeline.

Work closely with the Technical/Business team and all other project stakeholders to strategize Quality Assurance solutions for new platform migrations.

Partner with product vendor to finalize the custom solutions and explain the as-is system/process for each Analytical applications to the product vendor in order to come up with the to-be system.

Drive issue resolution end to end, from understanding the process/solution on the Analytics, Data Engineering and its inbound/outbound integrations. Implement configuration in the lower environment and assist in testing/User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify and pro-actively solve problems. Perform full Agile/Scrum methodology and Business Intelligence and Analytics. Responsible for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) technologies, Reporting and Analytics; Oracle Application Software including Oracle SQL, Oracle Reports 6i/9i/10g Reports, Unix Shell Scripting and Oracle Data Integration; programming languages such as PL/SQL and Python; Oracle database and other noSQL databases such as HBase, MongoDB, or DynamoDB; other utilities such as TOAD and SQL Developer; and cloud technologies


Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Senior Analytics Engineer, Sr.

Architect, or in a related/similar position.

Experience therein to include 8 years working with Oracle database and other noSQL databases such as HBase, MongoDB, or DynamoDB; 8 years using Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) technologies such as Procurement and Spend Analytics, Order Management and Supply Chain Analytics, Financial Analytics, Data Warehouse and BI Publisher; Reporting and Analytics; using programming languages such as PL/SQL and Python; using Oracle Application Software including Oracle SQL; working with Oracle Reports 6i/9i/10g Reports; working with other utilities such as TOAD and SQL Developer; working with cloud technologies; and 5 years using Unix Shell Scripting and Oracle Data Integration.
